Are you a meticulously organized individual with a fervor for the entertainment and event planning industry? Strictly FX is seeking an Administrative Production Associate to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless project execution, maintaining robust communication across departments, and assisting in delivering unforgettable experiences to our clientele.
It's important to note that this role is strictly in-office and doesn't involve film, photography, or videography.
The Office Production Assistant will primarily handle office-based tasks crucial to supporting our projects.
Additionally, this position requires candidates to be located in the Nashville area or have the ability to commute daily, as no relocation assistance will be provided.
Key
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to create, track, and manage project workflows, ensuring timely delivery.
Serve as a bridge between the production team and other departments, facilitating efficient communication.
Acquaint yourself with project schedules, offering valuable insights to production crew members.
Enhance existing workflows and contribute to innovative production tool development.
Organize and oversee meetings, document comprehensive notes, and follow up on action items.
Prioritize face-to-face interactions over email for important communication within the team and departments.
Maintain prompt and accurate communication regarding permits, orders, and shipping.
Preferred
Qualifications:
A college degree is preferred.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in entertainment, event planning, or related fields.
Outstanding organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects collaboratively and effectively prioritizing tasks.
Maintain a composed and professional demeanor, especially in high-pressure scenarios.
Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to surpassing client expectations.
While experience in tour/stage production is advantageous, it's not mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions even in limited information situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in computer software such as Word, Excel, and Google Docs/Sheets.
Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Flourish in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
