Sr. Learning & Development Specialist, Associate and Leader Learning Experiences (ALE)

The Associate & Leader Experience (ALE) is hiring a Sr.
Learning & Development Specialist to support hourly onboarding programs within Worldwide Ops (WWOps).
As a member of the ALE team, the Sr.
Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining an onboarding program for Level 3 hourly employees.
This role is critical in shaping the onboarding experience and initial leadership development of this population, playing a pivotal role in optimizing the learning experience to empower Level 3 employees and ensure they are well-equipped to effectively support their team and the operation.
Key job responsibilitieso Develop and refine the overall onboarding strategy for WWOps Level 3 employees.
o Design and implement innovative and impactful learning programs for Level 3 employees.
o Oversee the development and maintenance of high-quality learning content and curriculum.
o Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of the materials.
o Coordinate program delivery on a global scale, considering diverse needs and languages.
o Ensure that programs are accessible, engaging, and optimized for regardless of delivery mode.
o Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and impact.
o Use data and analytics to continuously assess and improve the learning offerings.
o Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, Operations, and Training teams, to understand learner requirements and incorporate feedback in the design and continuous improvement phases of a product.
o Manage the budget allocated, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
o Oversee external vendors and internal resources as needed to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
o Drive the adoption of new learning initiatives and champion change management processes to ensure behavior changes are realized.
o Communicate program progress, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
