Now, we are taking this knowledge and experience into the community with Abe's Garden at Home, our private-duty home care program.
We are currently seeking a full-time scheduler to oversee our staffing needs and to work caregiving shifts.
Candidates for this role should expect to spend 50% of their time in the office and 50% of their time caring for clients.
Responsibilities Create, maintain, and oversee schedules for all home care staff Work caregiving assignments Coordinate and document shift exchange requests Coordinate and document Paid Time Off (PTO) requests Create and distribute Time and Attendance Reports for supervisor to review Work with supervisor to ensure timely and accurate completion of timecards Advise supervisors and Human Resources department of staffing requisition needs Facilitate communication of important announcements to staff.
Maintain regular and timely attendance.
Provide administrative support to Sr.
Director of Home Care Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Administrative experience preferred Experience in an assisted living facility or similar setting preferred Strong computer and data entry skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication Remain calm and composed in all situations Flexibility and adaptability Focused and detail-oriented Must be able to sit/stand for 8 hours Walking, bending, lifting up to 50lbs Work typically performed in an office environment Abe's Garden Community is an equal opportunity employer.
