We have projects across the US, including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Arizona.
This position will oversee multiple projects in the Nashville, TN area.
In this position, you will oversee the coordination of plumbing activities of new, multifamily construction according to Horizon's standards and processes.
Additionally, you will help ensure that quality and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the construction process.
Other tasks assigned to you will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee multiple projects within a certain region and manage the superintendents of those projects - Maintain and manage inventory of onsite materials - Oversee schedule of installation of systems by managing, training, and directing sub crews - Maintain and submit daily and weekly reporting records - Interacts with local governing jurisdiction to obtain all required inspections - Coordinate and verify all layouts and installation of slabs, rough ins, top outs, and trim Minimum Requirements :
-Five years or more of previous project management overseeing multifamily or commercial plumbing projects.
-Thorough knowledge of plumbing installation and the technical aspects of the trade, combined with a strong knowledge and ability to read and interpret contract document - Blue Beam experience a plus.
- Extensive experience with Procore a plus - Excellent organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
(State licenses not required on all projects.
