Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines in food preparation and handling - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food service standards - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Understanding of food safety regulations and practices - Strong retail math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and change - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well in a team and provide outstanding customer service - Passion for the food industry and creating high-quality beverages Join our team as a barista and enjoy a dynamic work environment where you can showcase your passion for coffee and customer service.
