This position will oversee the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding, employee performance management, to offboarding, as well as systems optimization processes, and employee engagement incentives.

Chief of Staff Salary/Compensation $60,000 - $75,000/annually Job Responsibilities Facilitate HR responsibilities in a manner that ensures trauma-informed care is integrated throughout the organization and that empowers and supports staff in holistic, relationship-centered care Research, develop, and implement internal organizational system optimization efforts related to technologies utilized Lead and advise managers in performance management procedures & support any conversations needed Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance when needed Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team Maintain records of employee records (personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.
) in database and ensure compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws (including multiple state compliance) Oversee the entire employee life cycle from recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding Perform orientation sessions, onboarding, and updating of records with new hires Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like the collection of employee feedback Manage the successful and ethical processes and procedures for personnel needs, including but not limited to, family leave, severance, time off, medical accommodation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
