Program Manager, Communications Excellence, you will help the Global Services Communications and Creative Solutions team level up our team operations and deliver seamless communication to our multiple business units and diverse builders around the world.
Key job responsibilitiesAWS is seeking a skilled Sr.
Program Manager with experience in employee communications and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in program management and will excel in air traffic control--keeping the team's deliverables organized and on track with the finish line in sight.
They will act as a center of excellence to increase the quality and consistency of our communications delivery across the team.
Alongside this, they will manage team rhythms of business and editorial calendars, and will help teammates gain operational efficiencies in their work.

In this role, you will be responsible for using your attention to detail and influence to streamline and simplify how employees receive information in Global Services.
You consider yourself a strong writer and are skilled in common program management tools like Asana.
Collaborating with Communications Managers and other Program Managers, you build trust across the team and with our internal customers, stakeholders, and leaders.
A day in the lifeThis Sr.
Program Manager will oversee our communications editorial calendar and team operations, including Rhythm of Business functions like goal planning, Monthly Business Reviews, and roadmap maintenance.
This PM will excel in writing and will lead operational excellence initiatives to improve the team's delivery to our employees.
They will ensure our deliverables have the intended impact with leaders and employees across our global organization.
About the teamWe are AWS Global Services' communications and creative shop, delivering dynamic multimodal communications to our AWS employees.
This position sits on the Communications Shared Services team, which is comprised of operational programs that help us scale and deliver, as well as content-forward programs that continually foster a culture we can be proud of.
Our work helps Global Services employees and managers be more inclusive, equitable, and efficient communicators.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
