Sr Manager, Sub Same Day Delivery
The Sub Same Day (SSD) program is one of Amazon's fastest growing businesses which offers customers thousands of best selling items across multiple sub same day delivery windows.
The Sr.
Manager of SSD Delivery will own the operational strategy and execution of the SSD-Direct program, which offfers direct fulfillment our of NACF buildings in NA.
This includes defining the overarching operational strategy and roadmap, launch execution, and overall cost and quality performance of the program.
This role and team will work cross functionally with Central Program and Tech organizations as well as FC and Station Operations teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage a team of 10
program managers- Review daily and weekly performance of business and key KPI's- Develop and maintain the SSD Direct cost and quality improvement roadmap- Partner with analytics teams to build appropriate insights and reporting on the problem statement- Using the above insights, develop strategies for operational adjustments- Build working relationships with both corporate and field operations teams- Partner and present to Directors, VPs, and other key operational and technical leaders across the organization We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Nashville, TN, USA Seattle, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
