The Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Strategic Workforce Development Team uses data, research and internal and external partnerships to craft workforce development solutions focused on building robust talent pipelines to meet RME's current, emerging, and future needs.
As a Strategic Workforce Development (SWD) Program Manager you will proactively identify mechanisms, process improvements, programs and partnerships which will improve Amazon RME operations and the employment outcomes for current and future Amazonians.
The SWD Program Manager will lead programs supporting Amazonians globally.
This includes identifying key initiatives, developing project roadmaps, engaging vendors, internal and external partners, developing proposals, identifying and scoping data and metric requirements, and managing key stakeholder communications.
This role will work directly with multiple internal businesses, technology, finance, operations, vendors, and partner teams.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
