We are a craft beer pub located at The Nashville Farmers Market in Germantown.
We feature 15 rotating taps and gourmet hot dogs in our location as well as a full service cocktail bar in the farm sheds outside on the weekends.
We are a very team oriented group and enjoy working together collectively to serve the large amounts of customers that visit us weekly.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable dining experience.
If you have a passion for craft beer, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Please note this job does require some food preparation, prior food preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink/food orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food - Provide recommendations on selections based on customer preferences - Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods - Engage with customers to provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of popular drink recipes and mixology techniques - Strong math skills, including the ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests - Knowledge of brewing techniques and craft beers is an advantage Job Type:
