Administrative Services Assistant Location:

Contract Job Description Assist Tennessee county finance directors, county mayors, and Ernst and Young staff to upload required documentation to the Grant Management System Portal.
Assist counties and Ernst and Young to swiftly/timely process and receive procurement approvals.
Track procurement progress and provide a weekly report to Local Health Infrastructure leadership team.
Upload invoices to the Grant Management System portal and track the time it takes for counties to be reimbursed.
Consult Local Health Infrastructure Project Admin-Lead to troubleshoot procurement and invoice issues to ensure an expedited resolution.
Travel to county mayor offices may be required to assist county staff with organizing and uploading required documentation.
Computer skills are required.
Candidate must be versed in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
