Senior Program Manager, Fleet Launch Planning

Amazon is looking for a (Senior) Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs across multiple verticals.
This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes.
Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

o Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.

o Regularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
o Develop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.

-Lead cross-functional program management of network wide optimization initiatives-Author content for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews-Own planning, scheduling, and coordination of deployment activity for multiple initiatives across various stakeholder groups-Present ongoing program health to senior leadership-Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs-Ability to travel up to 20% if required This role location can be Nashville About the teamAmazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking a qualified Senior Program Manager to lead the strategic planning, implementation, and overall program management of AMZL Fleet Service initiatives, and build out a scaled network optimization plan across multiple fleet initiatives.
These initiatives make up some of AMZL Fleet's most strategic programs as we look to the future offerings of our DSP maintenance offerings onsite.
In this role, the individual will own the end-to-end program management of specific key fleet initiatives and drive communication, coordination, and execution between a multitude of cross-functional teams, including Operations, Start-Up Planning, Start-Up Execution, Design Engineering, Launch, Pre-Construction, Construction, Safety, Entitlements, Employee Relations, and many more.
