Responsibilities:

Summary:
under general supervision, is responsible for professional staff work of routine through average difficulty.
Administrative detail; and performs related work as required.
An employee in this class routinely performs general assignments and other duties which do not require his/her personal attention.
Position is Data Entry Specialist in busy office setting.
Must be able to multi-task and quick learner.
Typing, answer phones, scheduling appointment, giving out basic information.
Operates standard office machines and equipment as necessary.
Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients or clients - Perform other administrative duties as assigned Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software quickly - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred but not required - Previous experience working in a dental office or medical receptionist role is a plus Note:
This is a paid position.
Internship positions must also be compensated.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
