Glassford PLLC, a Nashville-based 8-lawyer Family Law Firm, is seeking for immediate hire an Executive Receptionist who will also serve as an assistant to the firm's Office Manager.
Pay:
$20/an hour (covered parking onsite included).
Legal experience strongly preferred.
Prior experience in Communications, Customer Relations preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
Greet all visitors.
Answering and returning telephone calls.
Keep firm calendar.
Responding to inquiries for services.
Run conflict checks.
Interaction with clients.
Organization and execution of time-sensitive tasks and projects.
Help with e-filing.
Communication with third-parties including potential clients, court clerks, court staff, other attorneys and their staff, and third-party vendors.
Someone who exercises and values discretion and is rule-oriented The ideal candidate will have:
Experience with MS Word and Excel.
Experience with MyCase.
Excellent communication skills, including phone communication skills.
Excellent organization skills.
The ability to multi-task.
The ability to work calmly under stress and time-sensitive deadlines.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Empathy for others.
Discretion and the willingness and ability to maintain client confidences.
15 days of PTO.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
