What You Will Do


  • Create and deliver training sessions for AE's, CSM's, and SDR's
  • Liaise with sales leaders to identify skills gaps and growth areas for the Revenue team members
  • Contribute to personal development plans helping team members develop soft/hard skills
  • Engage employees to habituate effective sales techniques and reinforce critical behaviours for success
  • Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on best practices and overcoming job-related challenges
  • Act as a bridge between management and sales reps to help onboard new hires and develop the sales skills of existing team members
  • Plan, organize and follow through on multiple group learning activities, training sessions and role plays including via 1-1's
  • Track the impact of training on sales representatives' performance

Required profile:


What We Look For


  • 5
    years of experience in B2B Sales (Field Sales, Inbound Sales, Business Development, Customer Success Management, etc.)
  • 5
    years of experience in a dedicated training role within the sales industry
  • SaaS sales experience and market knowledge
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDICC, BANT, SPIN, The Challenger etc.)
  • Experience delivering group training and 1:1 sessions
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English (C2)

Nice To Have
  • Proven expertise in upselling and cross-selling
  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Financial background, knowledge of key players and market trends
  • Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
