Technical Accounting Leader
CLA s Consulting and Accounting Solutions Team (CAST) provides high level finance and accounting resources on an interim or project basis for public, private, and nonprofit clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.
As the Technical Accounting Leader, you will serve as the front-line contact for consultants in the field to trouble-shoot client issues, schedule issues, or team dynamics.
You will interact with clients and support client leaders related to service delivery and business development efforts.
Job FunctionsServe as project leader for teams of consultants, e.

SOX implementations, multi-consultant projects.
Provide oversight for ongoing engagements, problem solve, and close business for new opportunities (most specifically related to technical expertise).
Assist with consultant sourcing for proposals.
Serve as primary CAST liaison with the firm s National Assurance Technical Group.
Requirements10 years of experience including Big Four Audit Manager, SOX implementation, Chief Financial Officer or Controller experience.
; technical accounting experience from serving in a national role with public accounting firm is a plusBachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
CPA or PMP preferred.
