Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team.
As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring efficiency and creation of high-quality products.
Duties:
Assist with the production of cannabis products, including preparing, packaging, and labeling Maintain accurate records or all production activities Ensure all products meet our high standards for quality and consistency Follow strict procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times Assist with inventory management and restocking of production materials Requirements:
Proficiency in warehouse procedures and practices Capability to fabricate and assemble components accurately Previous experience in a packaging or production environment is a plus.
Experience with multiple pieces of equipment in the packaging, food, or beverage industry strongly preferred, but will consider technical aptitude in lieu of experience.
Experience with mixing using established recipes is preferred, but will train the right applicant.
Knowledge of scales and adjusting recipes based on production needs is preferred, but not required.
