Amazon Web Services Spending & Transaction Policy Team is looking for a talented Strategy and Transformation Leader to support AWS' dynamic and rapidly growing business.
Amazon Web Services is at the forefront of the cloud computing and service industry providing IT infrastructure services such as on-demand compute capacity, storage, delivery, database services, browsers and more.
Reporting to the Approvals Global Leader, this role will be the thought leader responsible for owning deal approval strategy and transformation initiatives to increase the velocity of the deal flow, while maintaining the highest standards.
A successful candidate will be able to generate insights from disparate process and stakeholder inputs to set a vision, design strategy, and achieve consensus on goals and priorities; design and write narratives to gain alignment on transformational initiatives, communicate with senior leadership on transformation status; drive change management efforts.
Candidate must be willing to roll up their sleeves and build with us.
Position can be located in any US AWS GDSP designated hub location.
Key job responsibilities- Write narratives and lead meetings to secure alignment from GDSP and Business Unit leadership on approvals transformation plan- Create and own the project plan scope and roadmap for deal approval invent and simplify plans- Partner with business unit stakeholders to develop short and long term strategy.
- Develop and implement operational measurement and efficiency strategies including challenging existing deal approvals policies and processes to optimize performance of approvals processing end to end- Develop data and insight strategy to support business performance reporting and analysis.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
