Equity Solutions USA is seeking an experienced Appraiser to join our growing company. The primary responsibilities are to complete desktop reviews for specific files based upon Underwriter or Quality Control appraisal recommendations. The reviewer determines compliance with applicable regulations and assesses the reasonableness of the opinion of value to include analysis for accuracy, relevancy, and consistency of data within the report. This role is located at our Home Office in Nashville, TN and reports directly to the Director of Valuation.
Essential Functions
Review of appraisals for valuation and compliance.
Provide necessary feedback on the performance and quality of appraisers on the panel.
Demonstrated working knowledge of regulations affecting the appraisal industry to include FIRREA, USPAP and the Interagency Guidelines.
Assist with other assigned duties or projects as requested by the Appraisal management team members.
Minimum Qualifications
6
years of combined field and desk appraisal experience.
Knowledge in real estate appraisal, bank or finance lending, mortgage company experience or real estate background.
Must have a current Residential Certified or General Certified license in good standing.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, management and customers.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Experience with database software applications and Microsoft Outlook.
High degree of analytical capabilities.
ProvenEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
