Primary Job Function:

Determine responsibilities and authorities within the billing office staff by position descriptions and by counseling the individuals concerned to understand their responsibilities and authorities.

Develop performance standards for positions within the billing department and establish a means of measurement. Secure understanding and agreement with the standards by the individuals concerned.

Secure compliance within the accounting staff of all company procedures and policies.

Establish and improve accounting staff procedures and policies, consistent with company procedures and policy.
Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation of payrolls, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
Train, direct and evaluate subordinates in the effective application of credit and collections policy. Assess degree of risk. Approve new accounts according to credit policy (credit report).

Build and maintain rapport and positive working relations with all inter-company personnel to resolve problems exploit opportunities and maximize profit. Coordinate with all departments to assure proper and timely flow of data to the Service Department.

Build rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors and other outside agents. Effectively represent company's interest to outside agents to maximize profits.
Required
Qualifications:
Facilitate office process changes, team building, and Support Service Department Manager with general organization
B.A. or B. S. preferred or its equivalent

years of office or team administrative responsibilities.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external team members.
Superior organizational skills and great follow through on tasks.
Be a problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in helping others.
Advanced client service skills.
Ability to multi-task

We're looking for an administrative mastermind to manage a very busy and growing office team. Reporting directly to the Service Department Manager and working with a small and dedicated team. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
