Summary:
The FSS Coordinator primary responsibility and focus is to provide a superior level of customer service FSS. He/she is the central point of contact for the Function-Specific Subsidiary (FSS) and provides IT security consulting, service escalation and management of internal projects and initiatives. Proactive client service andsupport will enable the FSS Coordinator to achieve his/her FSS rapport and relationship.
Illustrative Duties and
Responsibilities:
Answer questions,resolve problems and/or seek solutions to fit our FSS needs that align with the services we provide.
Meets regularly withclients key managers and senior-level to understand clients business requirements and provide solutions through services and technology consulting.
Uses proven business development and/or technical background to develop opportunities within theexisting client base.
Exceptional ability to diffuse tense situations
Exceptional verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
Highly self-motivated and goal oriented.
Coordinate efforts with other groups to support and align our services to meet client needs.
Participate in strategy discussions to improve our effectiveness with the Function-Specific Subsidiary (FSS).
Building relationships with key decision makers and senior level executives
Acts as security liaison for client initiatives, working closely with engineers, PMO and 3rd partyvendors.
Required
Qualifications:
5
years in experience in IT infrastructure related field.
3
years experience as an account manager, product owner or project manager preferably in the ITservices/financial services industry.
Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite products, PowerPoint, Visio, etc
Demonstrated ability to write proposals and make small group presentations
Proven problem-solving skills using deductive reasoning, understanding hierarchical relationships and identifying gaps in logic.
Education& Experience
BA/BS degree in computer science, business or relatedfield
CISSP,CISA or comparable certifications preferred
