The Front Office Application Development and Delivery group within the Client IT organization is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of consumer, customer, and agent facing web applications. The team currently consists of Level 3 to Architect level resources with strong .Net UI capabilities. In order to better serve our business partners by cultivating feature domain expertise, the team requires additional augmentation of a mid-level software engineer with a varied skill set and the drive to acquire additional technical skills, business understanding, and organizational maturity.

Skill Requirements:
Background in various SDLCs, with an understanding of Agile processes desired (such as SCRUM)
Significant experience with ASP.NET using C#, and strong understanding of MVC
Excellent English communication skills
Strong jQuery experience
Strong JavaScript capability, including experience in both old-school and current state practices
Some view engine experience (i.e. Razor) beneficial
Strong SOA experience
XML/XSL/XSLT
Mid-level SQL Server skills in the area of relational database design, standard query language, stored procedure development.
Some capability in GUI design
Understanding of cross browser support challenges
Cognizance of recent application security standards and trends
Distributed systems and SOA understanding
Ability to work within a distributed teams environment
Ability to work within an onshore/offshore development model
Experience with CSS and HTML

Refactoring legacy system capabilities into new, improved systems
Configurable, extensible enterprise software development
Multi-language development skills (.Net, Java, etc.)
Experience with application frameworks
Implementation of open source software
Development using graphical interface generators versus hand-coding

Experience and Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development using object oriented languages
Minimum of 3 years experience in .NET software development
Minimum 2 years experience in graphical user interface design and developmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
