Senior Compliance Associate
The candidate will review of marketing and member materials according to federal and state compliance regulations. Will conduct a high level of analytical and logical thinking while ensuring compliance with federal and state marketing guidelines. Provide subject matter expertise on CMS marketing guidelines that directly support the internal business needs. Recommend modifications to marketing and member materials submitted by business owner as needed. Communicate with business owners to resolve corrections to issues. Assist manager in providing business owners adequate and current compliance regulations. Participate in core compliance team meetings to craft new policies, procedures, and communication regarding marketing and member materials. Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal team members and business owners. Work with manager and team members to continually enhance the effectiveness of the member material review process. May spend 5%-15% of time on small projects, drafting reports, and marketing compliance training. Assume additional responsibilities and special projects as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
