Attorney II
The candidate will be responsible for managing own caseload from inception to jury trial and must have the necessary experience to immediately assume mature files. Travel required, including to attend trials, hearings, depositions, meetings and conferences in all jurisdictions covered by the office. Should have Tennessee Bar membership. Jury verdicts are required. Must have 5 years experience in personal injury litigation and demonstrated ability as the attorney with primary trial responsibility in cases of moderate severity and complexity. Significant first chair jury trials with 6-10 years experience handling personal injury cases including some cases of significant severity and complexity preferred. Insurance defense experience in Tennessee is strongly preferred. Experience handling motor vehicle, PIP and subrogation cases is a plus. Good organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and computer skills including Windows and Outlook are required. Should have strong communication and MS Office Skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
