They are seeking a Software QA Engineer to join their team in Nashville, Tennessee.
As a Software QA Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking QA activities for the developers who work on this cutting-edge product. Specifically, you will define, develop, and execute test cases for new product features and integrations for our client's software.
Developing a detailed understanding of the features of the software, you'll review functional requirements to detect bugs and issues. You'll also build system documentation for more effective testing and improved user experience. In so doing, you'll interact with Developers, Product Leaders, and representatives from integration partners.
In summary, your duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Executing tests and analysing results
- Documenting bugs and verifying corrections
- Reviewing and improving documentation
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least two years' experience in a related QA position with exposure to web application development
- An Associate Degree in computer programming or a related field OR equivalent experience
As a Software QA Engineer, you must have an analytical approach, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
