Experience
3
years of Salesforce.com development experience.
Strong knowledge of Apex and Visual Force.
Excellent communication skills
Experience with sales cloud and or service cloud
Experience with agile methodology, data migration, custom object creation, testing, and implementation.
Certifications are a plus
Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs, distinguish between needs and wants, identify gaps between
business needs and standard application functionality, design and document solutions that fill
the gaps.
Discuss and analyze the requirements with business teams and convert requirement
into detailed technical requirements.
Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM,
Marketing and Sales operations.
Create Data Models and implement the relations between the objects using MS Visio.
Develop APEX Classes, Visual force pages and APEX Triggers to develop the custom functionality as per the requirements.
Develop Test classes and maintain a steady code coverage
Created Apex schedule jobs to perform the same operations in a scheduled time.
Develope Reports and Dashboards as per the business requirements.
Use Salesforce Enterprise API to Integrate with existed Java web application.
Execute the Apex Unit Tests and Deploy code from Sandbox to Production using Eclipse/Force.com IDE
Implement Single Sign-On to maintain the same login credentials for Salesforce and other applications
Maintained the functional areas of Data management, Sales forecasting, Contacts, Leads,
Campaigns, Opportunities, Quotes, Price book, Dashboards and Reports.
Customized Salesforce.com Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Queues, Reports and
Dashboards
Analyze and convert business workflows to salesforce workflows and assign workflow alerts.
Perform Data Management, including Data Integration from external data sources using APIs, web services as well as importing and exporting large volumes of data.
Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for business users, keep materials up-to-date, and coordinate new users and ongoing training sessions.
