AVAYA Telephony Technical Support Position requires in-house AVAYA Telephony Tech support at the customer's main office location working tickets in tech support queue for various trouble issues and MAC requests.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Job Duties include: Providing remote programming; offering helpdesk support to onside field technicians walking them through Telset programming and requires general working telecommunications knowledge such as Demarcation, Jumpers, CAT5, Cabling, Blocks 66/110, & Chrome and other basic telecomm administration and support. Specialized Skills include: Proven ability to program and troubleshoot Avaya IP office 500 PBX/Voicemail systems in addition to having a calming supportive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills plus being able to maintain professionalism in high stress situations. Training and Experience includes: Avaya IP advanced knowledge and experience with Avaya IP 500v2 series and VM PRO and also requires proficiency with MS Office 2010 programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook. Hours: Work Shifts vary from: 6am-3pm; 7am-4pm; 8am-5pm; and 9am-6pm. (Mandatory OT may be required, and when the hourly W2 contractor becomes a W2 employee, then he/she will be added to the rotating on-call schedule which requires an on-call shift at least 1x monthly.

Hourly Contract Rate: W2 hourly rate.
IMMEDIATE START DATE: October 2014.
Education: HS or Equivalent.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
