Under general supervision, provide support for social, economic, or health related research; investigate, gather, assess and clarify data; organize and supervise distribution of information; coordinate general laboratory maintenance and inventory control.
Key Functions and Expected Performances:
Achieve fidelity of treatment standards for intervention implementation thru comprehensive hands-on training provided by our clinical research staff that includes Speech Language Pathologists, Clinical Psychologists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Maintain fidelity of treatment standards for intervention implementation thru periodic treatment session review with supervisory staff.
Provide daily, intensive intervention to toddlers with autism in their homes (in the Clarksville, TN area) under supervision of a board certified behavior analyst.
Follow a scheduled treatment day that includes both morning & afternoon intervention sessions.
Develop forms & questionnaires for tracking and collection of data.
Maintain daily, detailed record of services provided.
Create & disseminate informational materials to study participant families.
Present information, respond to questions and give instructions to participant families in a professional manor.
Assist in modification and coordination of research procedures and techniques
Recruit and/or interview study participants
Develop forms and questionnaires that will collect the appropriate data
Create database files and maintain records
Assist in the preparation of materials for publication
Edit and/or type manuscripts according to accepted practices
Create informational materials related to research/study for dissemination to study participants, researchers, community
Make presentation of study concepts in group session
Presentations are conducted in a professional manner
Keep abreast of trends in field of study
Read professional journals and attend meetings and/or seminars
Supervise Research Analyst I, technical support staff and student assistants
Plan, train, and assign work
Coordinate maintenance of lab.
May assist in space and facilities planning.
Order supplies and equipment.
Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:
Job requires Bachelor's and 2 years of experience or the equivalent.
Job: ResearchEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
