Full Time - Customer Service - No Experience Required - Entry Level - Customer Service Position
Flex Direct is hiring 15 competitive individuals for full time customer service positions. These full time customer service and sales representative should be motivated, self-driven individuals that want immediate advancement. We are looking for candidates to exceed the goals of our clients and move into a management position within their first year.
Job duties include:
Resolves customer inquiries, billing issues and product/service concerns.
Uses consultative approach to engage customers and sell products and services to new and existing customers.
Access and update customer accounts through a face-to-face approach with the customer.
Gains and maintains product/service knowledge, working knowledge of telecommunication technology and industry updates.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, use proper discretion in evaluating/elevating customer issues, work as a team player, and defuse difficult situations.

Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills, demonstrated effective organizational and proactive problem solving skills confidence in working in an environment of complexity and ambiguity is required.
1-2 years customer service, hospitality, or sales experience preferred but not required.
A demonstrated expertise in time management and organizational skills.
A self-starter and highly motivated with an ability to work as a team member in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The ability to work independently to deliver results, demonstrated leadership in community and/or professional organizations and the ability to travel overnight as required.
The ability to use a creative side and develop strategic relationships with clients.
