Management Trainee (Start Entry Level)
Current openings are part of a 3-step management training program:
1. Field Training - As an account executive, candidate will interact directly with our Fortune 500 clients and their customers. Training will focus on developing effective communication techniques through small face-to-face presentations.
2. Leadership Training - Candidate will learn how to train and develop others, and will begin managing a medium-sized team.
3. Management Training - Candidate will learn the day-to-day operations of a busy office. Training will conclude when the individual has developed the business acumen necessary to successfully run an office.
Requirements
We are looking to train entry level recent graduates who are entering the business world for the first time. Must possess a second-to-none work ethic, a strong desire to advance in the company, and a positive business attitude. Accordingly, your paycheck will always reflect your value, with compensation on a pay for performance basis. Must have strong references supporting work ethic and contribution to previous organizations. Must live in the Nashville area.
