The Staffing industry is growing, and Amtemps Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and talented individual to help guide that growth.
As Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator you will be challenged to provide a growing group of corporate customers with talented candidates. This includes handling candidate recruiting efforts and interviewing to facilitate the growth of our burgeoning pool of talent. In working with our client companies over the telephone, you will market our candidates via outgoing phone contacts, take staffing requests from clients, present highly qualified candidates to those company clients, and manage the placement process through successful placement / hire. Additionally, you will work with our client companies in their contract / temporary staffing needs. With 39 years in the placement business, you'll be trained by an industry leader.
Successful candidates have the ability to converse with a variety of people, think on their feet, understand each party's goals and concerns, and work to create a gainful match of a candidate and a client company. If you have experience in business, customer service, inside sales, or previous staffing industry experience, we can provide you an opportunity to assist companies in achieving their success.
In serving our corporate customers' needs, you will grow to understand each client company's staffing needs and culture, build on-going relationships with company decision makers and talented candidates, and help facilitate our continued growth.
As a 39 year old Nashville based company, Amtemps Staffing will provide you with full training, on-going support, a competitive benefits program including PPO health insurance, holiday, vacation and illness pay, two salary reviews in first year, and a bonus program based on individual results and company success. We also provide a weekday only work schedule -- no nights or weekend work hours. There is NO on-call responsibility after work hours.
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Nashville, TN
Benefits: PPO health insurance, holiday, vacation and illness pay, two salary reviews in first year, and a bonus program based on individual results and company success.
Compensation: $38,000-40,000 per year plus bonus program
