We are seeking an outstanding professional for an outside sales position in the Nashville,TN area. As an Outside Sales Professional in Nashville,TN, you will join a leading organization with a nationwide sales team of tenured professionals. You will build your business by presenting the industry leading Hunt Brothers Pizza program to prospective clients within the convenience store industry through business development, cold calling, and company generated leads. The Hunt Brothers Pizza program has proven to be a profitable food service solution for over 7,000 convenience store owners.

What you will do

Establish new accounts in a protected sales territory by cold calling potential clients, contacting company generated leads, and maintaining and building current business relationships.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of the Hunt Brothers Pizza program and how it will grow and prosper the client's business.
Manage the entire sales process from when the client is first engaged to the point they are selling the product in store.
Establish and grow relationships with potential clients through effective communication and consultative skills.
Track and manage customers during the sales process through the use of a CRM database system.
Attend industry trade shows to generate new leads and relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Maintain regular communication with District Manager on potential opportunities and progress towards sales goals.
Develop knowledge and understanding of food service and the convenience store industry in order to be a Trusted Advisor to your prospects.
Complete a comprehensive training program that includes Hunt Brothers Pizza University, driver certification courses, and professional development courses, as needed.

What we need you to bring

High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years of successful cold calling (approaching prospective customers through face-to-face interaction) outside sales experience is required
Previous category management and/or store layout experience, a plus.
Proven track record in outside sales, business development and ability to close deals with customers using fact-based selling and superior communications skills
Proven history of learning/embracing technology to manage customer interactions. CRM experience preferred.
Strong work ethic (minimum of 45 - 50 hours worked/800 - 1200 miles driven weekly)
Ability to work independently, disciplined, self motivated and results driven
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Must be able to lift and bend up to 60% of daily work hours and lift up to 75 lbs.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
