Randstad Human Resources is partnering with a leading consumer goods company in the Nashville, TN area in their search for an HR Generalist to support a non-union manufacturing site comprised of roughly 100 employees.
The HR Generalist will report to a Regional HR Manager and will be responsible for full generalist duties including but not limited to employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, employee relations, change management, talent acquisition, systems support and HR reporting, compensation, benefits and recognition programs.
A Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience required. HR Certification preferred. Competitive salary plus bonus offered.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
