METAL ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities:
The qualified candidate will travel throughout the TN and other surrounding areas territory to call on regular and prospective customers/contractors to solicit metal roofing & our new wall panel business. Will maintain a positive personal working relationship with all customers in the territory. Take measurements from blueprints to prepare quotes for the customer. New business prospecting and development, including cold-calling: scheduling appointments, and preparing presentations, new proposals, and bid specifications to strategically win new opportunities. Meet monthly and annual territory sales and gross profit targets by product line. Maintain a high level of understanding and proficiency with all current and new product offerings and market applications. Recommend changes or additions to current product lines, service and delivery based on customer needs and up to date awareness of competitive intelligence. Implement and manage the CRM data for the territory, including account information, lead follow up, correspondence and calendar data. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the Architectural Sales Rep and team, quote prices, credit terms and estimated delivery charges to the customer. Comply with the service and material complaint process and assist in the resolution. Ensure maximum market penetration through effective time and territory management.
Skills/
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in the commercial contracting metal roofing, basic demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office package and CRM system, demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction specifications or blueprints is mandatory. Significant travel required throughout assigned territory. Base Salary plus monthly commissions, car allowance, gas, phone, laptop are provided.
