Packaging company wants to hire an experienced Shift Supervisor with wide web flexo printing experience and demonstrated leadership experience for a 12 hour shift. Job will be to supervise and motivate flexo operators, train employees, increase and maintain productivity levels, promote quality standards.
Job
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years related industrial experience required, preferably related to operation of flexographic printing presses.
HS diploma or GED required, but would prefer 4 yr degree in printing or similar field.
Strong mathematical & mechanical aptitude
Positive attitude & good work ethic
Must be able to distinguish between colors
Must be able to work in team environment
Competitive salary and full company benefits including health insurance, life insurance, paid holidays, vacation and 401k.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
