Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

Leads a growing team of IT professionals
Develops vision, establish direction and motivates members.
Creates atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, and coach staff
Conducts vendor analysis as they relate to security related initiatives
Interfaces with external IT consultants and contractors
Receives multi-tier support calls and enters trouble tickets into database
Provides phone/voicemail support and troubleshooting desktop related IT issues
Assists in maintaining corporate workstation asset records
Assists the team with server support (i.e. basic Active Directory functions like adding/removing computers, account resets)
Assists in the creation and execution of the annual IT budget
Chairs the Configuration Management Board and maintains the Configuration Management Plan
Assists the team with deployment of security related encryption software
Checks the event logs for servers/firewall alerts and takes appropriate actions
Furthers Strategic goals and initiatives by leading large cross functional projects
Supports the company's SOX compliance reporting procedures and helps maintain documentation
Installs desktop OS and application patches
Conducts PC software and hardware installation/upgrades, basic LAN troubleshooting, and infrastructure support
Follows standardized company network operating system procedures
Analyzes customer organizational needs and directs the resolution of a wide range of computer problems
Responsible for troubleshooting systems, researching, identifying and providing resolution that influences day-to-day corporate activities
Assists in the deployment of desktop-related software upgrades including but not limited to: Symantec EndPoint Protection, SEPM, SEP Firewall, CheckPoint applications
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
Experience working within an Enterprise environment (ex-200 end users)
Proficiency with Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Understanding of Active Directory (GPO, OU, domains, etc.)
Management of IT-related Help Desk software, such as Dell KACE, and software licensing databases
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to conduct and manage daily team meetings
Able to create and carry out complex technical instructions
Understanding of software contracts, upgrades paths, and license keys
Experience supporting remotely located user community
Flexibility and ability to handle multiple projects
Act as a liaison between ForceX and Corporate to accomplish IT initiatives
Ability to lead and mentor a diverse group of technical IT professionals
Prior experience assigning tasks of a team of IT professionals ensuring timely and quality results are achieved
Ability to identify skillset and behavioral gaps with the understanding of when to escalate to the Senior Manager of IT and Security
Prior experience communicating with executives
Ability to attend high level meetings as the voice of IT when needed
Creation of IT policies and procedures
A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or 5 years of equivalent work experience
Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance which requires U.S. citizenship
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Work performed in an office environment with people in close proximity
Working with computers and other computer components
Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside of normal working hours (evenings and weekends)
Ability to sit at a desk, look at a monitor and type for extended periods of time
May be required to lift/move up to 25 lbs., with assistance

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
