Purpose
The Enterprise Corporate Account Manager's main purpose is to achieve revenue goals by selling TekLinks full portfolio of technologies and solutions across several named accounts. Specifically, this role will define, document, and execute an account plan that addresses each customer's highest priority business opportunities.
The key to success in this position is recognizing revenue potential, establishing a clear vision, developing a thorough plan, and executing efficiently. The successful Enterprise Corporate Account Manager must be able to build relationships with CxOs as well as all other levels in an organization, both within IT and the lines of business. Additionally, this person must creatively tackle complex sales challenges, overcome competitive threats, and make decisions to optimize the impact of a broad team of resources within the named accounts.
Establishing exceptionally strong executive relationships with our business partners and internal resources is critical in this role. This position will work directly with our pre-sales technical resources to drive revenue and deployment objectives for named accounts.
Essential Functions
Account/Territory Planning:
Effectively plan and manage assigned accounts & partners' sales reps engaged in each to maximize business potential and to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This will ensure the ECAM consistently meets/exceeds all revenue, engineering and Managed Services quota targets and goals while maintaining the tightest of relationships with Clients and our manufacturer partners sales teams.
Prospect:
Proactively seek opportunities with existing customer base and target customer list.
Prepare/Present (Customer meetings):
Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and presentations. This includes preparing quotes and working with pre-sales for technical presentations.
Training/Sales Meetings:
Attend all required sales meetings and training.
Customer Care:
Handle and resolve escalated customer issues.
Forecasting:
Keep an up-to-date and accurate forecast.

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications
A minimum of 3-5 years of enterprise account management experience in a relevant, technology sales environment is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business and at least 3 years experience, or a Bachelor's degree in any other discipline and 5 years of experience
Experience with a solution selling methodology is mandatory.
Candidates must be able to think strategically, while successfully managing to short term goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
