Strategic Reporting Analyst
Responsible for owning all reporting developed and implemented to support assigned project(s) or area(s). Will also be responsible for all adhoc analysis requested to make strategic business decisions. Develop an in-depth knowledge of existing and new data sources and help analyze the needs for integration. Identify and automate labor-intensive reporting tasks. Liaise between technical teams, the customer, and internal organizations (ex. Legal) to translate user's needs from raw data to usable information.
Skills/Knowledge:
Strong background in developing reports in Oracle environment
Strong background in developing SQL queries for reporting purposes
Proficiency in Access, Excel, and related application-development programs required
Demonstrated background in understanding healthcare data
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet stated deadlines for those tasks
Demonstrated ability to think outside the box when developing creative reporting solutions
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
A motivated team-player with ability to work to work effectively independently and as a member of a team in a time constrained environment
Experience/Education:
10
years related experience; Bachelor's degree required
