Inside Sales Representative
In this position, you will utilize your sales experience in our telephonic inbound/outbound sales team to generate new business among small to mid-sized potential Payer customers. You will also aggressively prospect and develop accounts, generate sales quotes, and handle customer inquiries. This position will provide both growth opportunity and potential for advancement in our organization.
Detailed Description
Make cold and warm calls for new market and sales program initiatives
Maintain sufficient technical knowledge of our product offering, our vendors and or service delivery.
Conduct research and prepare for sales calls for assigned markets to ensure successful outcomes
Utilize effective sales techniques to increase revenue and customer base
Effectively secure agreements for assigned prospects and customer accounts
Meet assigned sales quota
Actively participate in account sales team calls/meetings with internal and external business partners
Provide service and support to customers in the initial contracting stage
Effectively work with internal staff to ensure new accounts are successfully activated
Proactively recommend services needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
Follow up on outstanding account activation/enrollments with appropriate staff members to ensure process is completed in a timely manner
RequirementsBachelors degree in related major is preferred
Two years of business-to-business sales experience is preferred
Ability to achieve and exceed established sales goals
Demonstrated ability to effective identify customer needs and make product recommendation based on these needs
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence for a positive outcome
Ability to learn products, sales processes, and utilize business systems/software
