Project Coordinator- Loss Prevention

Then this is the job for you!In this role you will work closely with the Loss Prevention Engineering and Data Services team to maintain project schedules, update documentation, build wikis and work with customers to maintain status updates.
You will collaborate with the product teams to deliver the best product with most efficient use of resources and technologies.
You will work with all the stakeholders to communicate project status and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones.
You will also assist in anticipating bottlenecks, provide escalation management, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit.
Successful candidates will have good communication skills, be detail driven and have excellent problem solving abilities.

This position can be located in Nashville, TN or Arlington, VAYou must be able to:
Interact with Project Sponsors and development teams to update status clearly in both written and verbal form Lead the communication of status for multiple projects of varying size Assist in anticipating bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints Identify gaps in development process and work with engineering teams to benchmark and improve quality and standards Identify, assess, track and report on issues and risks to multiple levels Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
