Amazon's Customer Service (CS) department is seeking an experienced Regional Training Manager to join the team.

The successful candidate will work within the Learning & Development (L&D) function which sits within the wider Consumer CS Support (C2S2) organization.
The L&D team is responsible for building and deploying training strategies that develop high performing associates to support our customers' needs.
The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for identifying, driving, tracking and championing innovative approaches and learning solutions across multiple geographies and languages.
A key driver for the role is leading teams to drive associate proficiency as quickly as possible, without compromising quality.
The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for managing consumer training teams in the US and APAC.
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with a strong background in people management, operations, and adult learning principles.
The successful candidate must excel at earning trust with global audiences, possess great communication skills, demonstrate high standards, and design end-to-end solutions with the customer in mind.
They will have relevant experience in managing multiple competing projects and enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment.
Specific job responsibilities include:
Be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and performance of the training teams they are responsible for, managing and developing teams in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
Use adult learning principles and facilitation best practices to design and implement training programs for new hire training, ongoing learning opportunities, and cross training events for our associate population across multiple cultures while incorporating local requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Recruiting, HR, Operations, Facilities, Capacity Planning, Instructional Design, etc.
) to ensure alignment of strategic organizational directions.
Create targeted project plans including objectives, scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, reporting, and communication plans to establish the training team's vision and report on progress against goals.
Flexibly re-prioritize and articulate tradeoffs when resource requirements are not fulfilled.
Monitor overall training program progress; anticipate risks, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
Develop feedback mechanisms and auditing process to measure effectiveness and improvement of training initiatives.
Effectively communicate training performance, strategic plans, and risks to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Demonstrate the ability to influence, manage, and present ideas via clear written and oral communication.
Translate Amazon core leadership principles, values, and business priorities into operational training programs that motivate associates to deliver the right results.
Overcome time zone and geographic distance to build positive productive relationships with many stakeholders and partners around the world.
Manage the complexity of multiple lines of business, languages, and regions.
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
