Content Project Manager

Amazon's Customer Service (CS) department is looking for an experienced Content Project Manager to deliver world-wide content for internal and external customers.
You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, thrive under pressure, and have an ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
Key
Responsibilities:
Create content to address urgent or rapidly developing situations that impact customers Set up processes and mechanisms to deliver content for urgent or rapidly developing situations efficiently and quickly Deliver on content initiatives, based on new launches, expansion plans, quality or internal improvements.
Become a subject matter expert in business areas that drive change and evolution.
Work with stakeholders in these areas to influence content deliverables.
Drive content strategy for new projects in-line with key performance indicators.
Identify opportunities to improve content development processes in order to achieve scalability and meet global business requirements.
Find gaps in our content and recommend solutions.
Evangelize content standards and audit mechanisms that reflect the voice of Amazon.
Work with global partner teams to ensure lean content development process.
Use a combination of data analysis, user research, bench-marking, and content audits to identify high-impact opportunities for improvement across all content areas.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
