Multimedia Content Developer
Amazon's Customer Service team is seeking a talented and passionate Multimedia Content Developer who will lead the design and production of visual content for Consumer Customer Service.
This role will be deeply involved in our Customer Service business and will work collaboratively with other designers, strategists, business stakeholders, project management teams, and editors across the world.

Responsibilities:
Lead production of compelling, effective, and customer obsessed static images, motion graphics and video content; manage multiple development tasks and projects simultaneously Provide support during the design, production and review stages of production projects Collaborate with global partners to evaluate our current multimedia inventory and recommend improvements Develop content proposals, supported by rapid prototyping, to pitch and drive new ideas and innovation Manage maintenance and updates to existing video, graphics content and multimedia libraries within our CMS and video hosting environment Use business metrics and statistical tools to support design and production decisions.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
