One of our newest customer service programs, Customer Service by Amazon (CSBA), enables Marketplace sellers to delegate their customer service to Amazon.
We are seeking an experienced Sr.
Business Intelligence Engineer to lead global analytics for this program.
The successful candidate will define the analytics strategy, including automation and creation of new KPIs, and build scalable ways to use data to drive and inform the global program expansion plans.
Key
Responsibilities:
Define the global reporting strategy for CSBA Build, launch and scale repeatable BI/reporting mechanisms for CSBA for both global and local reporting purposes Ensure standardization of data between CSBA programs Conduct deep dives to identify root causes of pain points and opportunities for improvement Become a subject matter expert in CSBA data, supporting local analytics resources as new programs launch.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
