Content Delivery Manager, C2S2

Amazon is hiring for a Content Delivery Manager to join our Consumer Customer Service Support team (C2S2).
You will partner with stakeholders to influence and negotiate priorities and lead a team of Content Developers who are responsible for planning, creating, and delivering content across multiple languages and platforms.
In this role, you will make critical decisions that directly impact the customer and CSA experience.
The role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and project management skills.
You must be a self-starter, with strong attention to detail, capable of diving deep, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as the ability to influence others, and strong cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities-Manage a team of distributed Content Developers-Effectively motivate and coach the team to produce high-quality content-Continually assess the tools, technology, and processes used for content management-Help to define future strategy and vision for the most efficient and scalable outcomes, while driving innovation and continuous improvement for the content space-Ensure visibility of priorities, roadmaps, and key performance metrics for your teams.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
