Shipping & Delivery Support (SDS) is a customer service organization dedicated to creating world-class support for these customers.
Our primary mission in supporting customers is to enable successful and on-time package deliveries.
SDS is looking for a Sr.
Program Manager to join the SDS Global Product organization to define and implement a global customer service self-service and automation strategy for delivery drivers, our largest customer segment, to enable drivers experiencing off-road defects or on-road delivery defects to successfully resolve these issues via self-service and automated conversational workflows.
This a multi-year strategy that is critical to enable our logistics services to scale by reducing defects, improving delivery success, and eliminating operating costs.
A successful candidate is an effective communicator, has demonstrated the ability to earn the trust of cross-functional stakeholders, is data-driven, has a strong eye for opportunities, and has experience managing complex business and technical challenges.
You are customer obsessed and not afraid to get your hands dirty navigating requirements from different business teams.
You have a strong bias toward data driven decision making, and an innate ability to understand how metrics relate to business problems.
You are willing to experiment, fail fast, learn, and iterate to improve.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for the tactical delivery of our 2021 self-service and automation roadmap and associated projects for drivers.
Oversee critical project milestones to ensure internal and external Product, Tech, Program, and Operations dependencies overcome obstacles that put project delivery at risk.
Build relationships across several VP organizations to align multiple product and tech teams on a shared vision to unlock strategy alignment and execution.
Develop clarity of vision in an ambiguous space and identify emerging technology solutions to build and own our forward-looking three to five year self-service and automation strategy.
You are able to represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, tough trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to VPs and, when needed, SVPs.
This role is located in either Seattle or Nashville.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
