We are currently seeking a Senior Director, Digital Consulting and Community leader to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee (US-TN), United States (US).
Digital Solutions, Senior Director/Innovation Center Leader
This person will have oversight of our Nashville Innovation Center and be responsible for driving positive relationships with community leaders, the Chamber of Commerce, local Universities and other key government agencies helping them to understand the positive impact our organization will bring to the community.
Also, be responsible for growing the Innovation Center, hiring key leaders, overseeing operations, and ensuring we meet our client deliveries.
- Develop relationships with local universities and help oversee campus recruiting activities
- Establish and grow NTT DATA relationships with key local and state organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, charities, mayor s office, governor s office, and other key governmental, business, and cultural organizations
- Work with the local state agencies to qualify for and secure economic incentives.
Manage achievement of incentive requirements and ensure incentive payments are received - Plan and oversee Center events such as hosting community leaders and client visits.
Present Center capabilities and successes to visiting executives - Plan and oversee ongoing performance management activities for all Center employees.
Provide input to practice leadership during compensation and promotion cycles - Monitor employee productivity and utilization, and work with technology practices to ensure timely assignment to engagements
- Establish and oversee Center training and skill building programs
- Plan and execute culture building initiatives within the Center
- Help establish and continually improve delivery methodology across all technology practices within the Center
- Work with interdisciplinary teams (Finance, Human Resources, Recruiting, Technology Practices, Account Teams, etc.
)
Education and
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or computer science.
Advanced degree desirable - Experience growing relationships with local municipalities and Universities
- Typically requires 12 or more years of experience in IT Services firms, leading large professional organizations or overseeing business focused agencies
- Digital / cloud technology delivery experience highly preferred
- Must have demonstrated ability to develop and manage to financial budgets and operational KPIs
Basic Required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree
- 10 or more years experience in an IT services firm leading a large professional services division

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
