Dining Room Manager - Nashville, TN - Up to $75k
My client is an incredible restaurant operating some beautiful properties in the USA. They have an amazing reputation in the culinary world and is looking to expand their FOH team. We're looking for an experienced Dining Room Manager to join their flag-ship location in Nashville.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Front of House team to ensure the restaurant is operating smoothly
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any queries or issues complaints from customers in a polite and efficient manner
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and performance management of staff to develop a dynamic and diverse team
- Provide leadership and support to team members, establishing and maintaining a positive and motivating work culture
- Assist with administration tasks as required
Dining Room Manager Requirements:
- 2
years' managerial experience, preferably from a upscale, elevated establishment and high volume background - Exceptional communication, leadership and time management skills
- A confident individual that is passionate about creating incredible guest experiences
- Proven track record of dependability
