Content Developer, GSA Training TeamThe Global Security Academy (GSA) Training Team is seeking a content developer and technical writer to deliver streamlined and meaningful content solutions to our customers.
This includes developing strategies to provide discoverable, readable, and reliable content to end-users in the rhythm of business.
Our primary responsibility is to help our customers be more effective and productive in their jobs and improve their business interactions with Amazon.
To do so we need to standardize our content management practices and optimize the user-experience to ensure that information is accessible, accurate, and relevant.
The person in this role must balance global department goals with regional needs and feedback.
The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical problem solver who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and excels at prioritization and working independently.
Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reference material is desired.
Your Role Write and publish content for our internal and external customers Scrub existing content databases and make recommendations to inform content strategy Manage several complex projects simultaneously, with a sense of urgency Collaborate with multiple teams to gain alignment on content strategy and execution planning Collect data and insights to inform strategic decisions Identify opportunities to improve content development processes.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
