Are you an experienced marketing professional with extensive, demonstrated capabilities in planning, producing, and executing strategic client-focused digital marketing campaigns and programs? The EY Private Americas Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team has an opening for an experienced multichannel marketer with a strong digital background. Responsibilities will encompass using digital tools, including marketing automation, to connect brand to demand, promote the practice's reputation to external audiences, including current and future clients, the media and the communities within which we operate. The opportunity Employing a digital-first mindset, you'll have the opportunity to develop distribution strategies and holistic campaigns for Americas EY Private, aligned to the practice's strategic goals and revenue plans. Together with other members of our EY Private marketing team you will codevelop and coordinate go-to-market programs aligned around key audience issues and themes and leverage clear, data-based metrics to optimize audience reach and impact. Your key responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the team, develop comprehensive marketing strategies, and manage campaigns for the creation of brand, demand and lead generation, including email, web, paid social, SEM, programmatic, and other channels. Responsibilities include:
Work with the rest of the marketing team to plan and execute end-to-end programs including emails, nurtures, paid media, content, etc. Provide leadership to ensure these innovative multi-channel campaigns drive MQLs and pipeline while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage of the funnel. Grow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels. Must be able to work closely with content strategists to ensure content creation is supported by SEO/SEM optimization, ABM, social and web strategy. Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing programs and workflows. Design campaigns with engagement goals for key buyer personas through a deep understanding of the buyer's journey. Create personas tied to specific customer needs and preferences. Deliver testing strategies to support journey optimization, overseeing the implementation of A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve campaign performance. Measure, analyze and report campaign performance Support media creative strategy and provide insight into the use of multimedia approaches including the use of audio, video, infographics, etc. where appropriate Work with internal Marketers and external agencies to manage and execute campaigns. Work closely with Regions, including Field Marketers, to build cross-functional cohesion Skills and attributes for success Adept at creating strategic, targeted, and impactful go-to-market initiatives to build awareness, generate interest, and commercialize services and solutions Proven track record of accomplishments utilizing multichannel and multimedia marketing strategies Experience managing ABM strategies Analytical with the ability to translate data, insights, and business decisions into actions/tests. Demonstrated success in building internal and external relationships at a senior level Ability to manage relationships with external agencies, effectively articulating business needs and KPIs to brief and engage outside vendors Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., DemandBase, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to target buyers, benchmark campaigns and track ROI Ability to work autonomously when necessary in a virtual work environment, while maintaining connectivity with your team and other members of the practice To qualify for the role, you must have Approximately 8
years of experience in marketing A demonstrated history of developing and executing strategic digital marketing programs Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Strong business acumen and understanding of how environmental factors affect the firm, practice, markets, and solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentations) as well as listening, interpretation and influencing skills Excellent project management skills, team building and interpersonal communication skills Must be able to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward, concise, and easily digestible manner for broad audiences Poise and confidence to professionally interact with all levels of leadership Ideally, you'll also have Adept at knowledge sharing and a strong understanding of sales funnel content strategy including thought leadership Ability to project manage complex programs and drive associated and relationship building efforts Experience navigating a matrix organization What we look for We are ultimately looking innovative, creative thinkers with strong business acumen who are strategic, collaborative, and consultative marketers.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
